Aletheia Arts – Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 upon accessing your download.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it or issue a replacement.
